Carbury FC recently presented a cheque for €2,000 to the North West Hospice from the proceeds of our recent charity match.

The event was a wonderful success that raised vital funds for an organisation whose services are incredibly important to our community.

Carbury FC would like to again thank all those who donated spot prizes, and those who bought tickets to help support such a wonderful organisation.

We would also like to express our gratitude to the Sligo Leitrim DSL for the use of MacSharry Park for the match, to the Troubadour Lounge for looking after us so well on the day.

Thank you to all the players who came out on the day to take part, it was a great day and great to see so many familiar faces again.

And of course, we would like to say a huge thank you to the North West Hospice for the incredible and important work they do – from all at Carbury FC.
